What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, and email address so we can charge, ship, and send you a receipt. We don't collect anything else, and we never sell or rent your information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; it never touches our servers and we never see it. Sales tax is calculated by Stripe based on your shipping address.

Who we share with

Only the services needed to get coffee to your door: Stripe (payment and tax), our shipping-rate provider (your address, to price delivery), and our fulfillment partner (your name and address, to pack and ship the order). Each receives only what it needs.

Cookies, storage & analytics

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and whether you've seen our welcome offer. We use Microsoft Clarityto understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks, and anonymized session replays) so we can improve it; payment details are never visible to it. We don't run third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing data.
